We’re expanding our team! Join a dynamic and fast-paced charter operation based in beautiful Malta, with a fleet of luxury boats ranging from 40ft to over 70ft.

Positions Available:

  • Experienced Captains
  • Skilled Deckhands (minimum Powerboat Level 2)
  • Professional Stewardesses

We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and guest-focused individuals who thrive on the water and can deliver exceptional service in a busy summer season.

Location: Malta

Season: Summer 2025

Fleet: Premium charter yachts and luxury tenders, 40–70+ feet
