Head Chef

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering high-quality à la carte dishes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu creation, kitchen management, food quality, staff training, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all kitchen operations and manage the culinary team.

· Design and update seasonal à la carte menus with creativity and consistency.

· Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality standards in presentation and taste.

· Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and control food costs.

· Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and teamwork.

· Maintain compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

· Collaborate with front-of-house staff for smooth service delivery.

· Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in an à la carte setting.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.

· Creative flair with a deep understanding of flavor profiles and presentation.

· HACCP certification or equivalent is preferred.
