Outlet Manager
Crispy Flavoured Chicken in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Outlet Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Franchise Outlet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new outlet in the North of Malta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the restaurant, ensuring that all customer service and operational goals are met. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and supervise all restaurant staff, including cooks, cashiers, and servers
- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and minimizing labour costs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or similar position, preferably in a franchise setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Being able to communicate clearly in English

We are now expanding also in the North of Malta, hence we are looking for potential team members to join us in our exciting journey.
