Office Housekeeper (Part-time)

Salvo Grima Group is a dynamic group of companies specialising in international distribution, wholesale, ship supply and retail in Europe and Africa. It was first established in 1860 and now employs over 530 people with operations in eight countries.

As our Group continues to expand, we are seeking an additional Office Housekeeper, joining on a part-time basis approximately 25 hours per week, to complement our existing housekeeping function by providing dedicated cover to our Malta-based offices.

The ideal candidate:

• Be reliable, punctual, and highly organised;
• Flexible to cover hours at times of other Housekeepers' absence;
• Able to work individually, as well as part of a team;
• Good communication skills;
• Experience in the same role will be ideal;
• Self-motivated, strong organizational skills, and the ability to complete tasks accurately.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of Group offices, including kitchenettes, bathrooms, stairs, mezzanine offices, & canteen area;
• Ensuring the cleanliness and proper upkeep of our Malta-based locations, including the Warehouse office and amenities such as coffee stations and fridge areas; C&C office bathrooms in basement warehouse;
• Keeping cleaning products and equipment neat, safe and organized;
• Collaborating with administrative staff to ensure cleaning products and other related items are in stock as necessary;
• Keeping high standards of health & safety and hygiene across the cleaning team;
• Reporting accurately on activities carried out, keeping a cleaning log where required;
• Reporting accurately and clearly on activities undertaken.
