We’re looking for energetic, confident, and reliable Entrance Cashiers to be the first point of contact for thousands of guests visiting Havana Club Malta. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with people from around the world, and can stay calm under pressure, we’d love to hear from you.

Working Hours

* 3–4 shifts per week

* 10:00 PM – 3:30 AM

What You’ll Do

As an Entrance Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring guests are welcomed efficiently and professionally while managing ticket sales and entry payments.

Your responsibilities include:

* Selling entrance tickets using cash and card payment methods.

* Processing payments accurately and providing the correct change.

* Issuing entry tokens or wristbands where required.

* Scanning and validating online tickets.

* Answering basic guest questions and directing customers where needed.

* Maintaining an organised cash float and balancing your till.

* Working closely with security and promoters to keep the entrance operating smoothly.

* Helping manage queues while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent spoken English (essential).

* Additional languages are a strong advantage.

* Confident speaking to large groups of people and able to communicate clearly in a loud environment.

* Friendly, approachable, and professional.

* Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

* Strong attention to detail, especially when handling cash and card transactions.

* Honest, trustworthy, and dependable.

* Comfortable standing for long periods.

* A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
