Mixologist

We are looking for a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team and provide our customers with exceptional cocktail experiences. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting unique and delicious cocktails, as well as maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new and innovative cocktail recipes
- Prepare and serve cocktails to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Train and supervise other bartenders on cocktail recipes and techniques
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into the menu
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create food and cocktail pairings
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender
- Extensive knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes
- Strong understanding of different types of alcohol and their flavor profiles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Certification in mixology or bartending is a plus
- Must be of legal drinking age and hold a valid bartending license
