Alpine Group in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Leisure Groups Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

Alpine Sterling DMC is looking to recruit a highly motivated, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leisure Groups Executive. Working alongside a team of experienced professionals, the chosen candidate will form a core part of the leisure department. The role is ideal for an assertive, outgoing, and energetic person with a strong team spirit and a good sense of humour! This is a full-time position with standard office hours. Due to the nature of the travel industry, evenings and weekends also form part of our working hours when required. If you are passionate about tourism, attentive to detail, and a team player, this role could be for you.

Duties:

  • Communicating with overseas clients
  • Liaising with local suppliers 
  • Administrative duties
  • Operational activities
  • Sales activities 

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification in tourism and/or event management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Driving license and own transport
  • Fluency in English and Maltese is a must; knowledge of other languages would be considered an asset.
