Life Events is a leading event company based in Malta, known for organizing unforgettable parties and club events across the island. We work with a dedicated team of street sellers (promoters) who are the backbone of our ticket sales. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Hostess to join our team.

Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and welcoming hostesses to join our team and make our events even more memorable. As a hostess, you will be the first person our guests encounter upon arrival, playing an essential role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the nightclub entrance with courtesy and professionalism.
• Provide information about the evening's event, special offers, and available services.
• Manage the guest list and verify reservations at the entrance.
• Assist guests with their requests and address their inquiries.
• Ensure smooth and secure entry and exit of guests.

Requirements

• Excellent presentation and ability to communicate effectively.
• Friendly, positive attitude, and customer service oriented.
• Ability to work proactively and handle situations professionally.
• Patience during interactions with customers.
• Versatility, including handling scans, ticketing, and wristband distribution.
• Proficiency in English, with a preference for a second language.
• Summer season (June to September).
