We have an immediate opening for a new Head Chef. This is an exciting position for an applicant who is driven by a desire to achieve the highest standards of kitchen management and has a passion for cuisine.

Operating in Valletta for more than a decade our restaurants offer a Maltese and International cuisine with a relaxed bistro style and influence.

The Head Chef will be responsible for developing further our concepts and we are looking for inspiration and flair along with the ability to control all aspects of managing and maintaining the momentum of a dynamic and motivated high-quality kitchen.
