Guest Relations Manager

Qawra Palace Resort And SPA in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Guest Relations Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Description:
The Qawra Palace Hotel is a hospitality owned by the Vella family, with the most welcoming management and staff who provide their customers with efficient and pleasant service. We are looking for an experienced and responsible individual to join our team as a Public Relations Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will provide supervision and direction for all housekeeping activities of the hotel to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained

Reporting directly to the General Manager. 

Main Duties:

• Make contact with as many guests as possible on the premises of the Resort and obtain feedback from guests about their holiday and the Resort Services
• Act proactively to any potential issues which could possibly result in complaints
• Providing guests with the correct information, advice and guidance about the Hotel facilities and services
• Encouraging satisfied guests to write positive reviews on Trip Advisor, booking.com and other platforms
• Check and reply to the reviews on Trip Advisor and other platforms daily and every time when on duty to monitor positive and negative comments
• Be flexible to work a varied schedule as determined by your direct superior
• Implement plans to improve customer satisfaction
• Inform and/or update the executives, peers and other colleagues on relevant information in a timely manner
• Promote Main outlets and internal activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar position
• Advanced knowledge of English; knowledge of French, German and Italian would be considered an asset
• Able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Able to handle multiple tasks.

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must.
