We are currently recruiting F&B Leadership Team members to support and lead the hotel’s food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, service styles, and event formats.

This vacancy includes opportunities for the following F&B roles:

  • Bar Supervisor
  • Banqueting Supervisor
  • Restaurant Manager (Lebanese Cuisine)
  • Role assignment will be based on experience, leadership capability, and operational requirements.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Confidence in leading teams and managing service flow across multiple outlets and events
  • Guest-focused mindset with a calm, solutions-driven approach to challenges
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
