Food & Drink Supervisor (Oceana)

Hilton Malta is seeking to recruit a Food & Drink Supervisor to work mainly in the Oceana Restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering excellent Guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day restaurant operations.

As a Food & Drink Supervisor, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager in supervising the restaurant operations, managing a multicultural team, and ensuring service excellence in line with Hilton standards.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

1. Leading the Food & Drink operations within the Oceana Restaurant

2. Coordinating team members and ensuring that Guest requests are fully met and exceeded

3. Communicating and delegating tasks effectively to the team

4. Ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards

5. Managing Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

6. Representing the needs of the team, including Training and Development and Performance Management

7. Assisting with achieving financial and Guest Satisfaction targets

8. Demonstrating flexibility to work across different types of shifts, including breakfast, dinner, buffet, and à la carte service

9. Being adaptable to work in different venues when required, based on operational needs

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous Food & Drink experience at a supervisory level, preferably within a restaurant environment

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service

• Be flexible and able to respond to a range of different work situations and last-minute changes

• Possess good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
