Koza Ltd in Malta is expanding their young and fast-growing team and they are looking Food & Beverage Server (Chinese Speaking) to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Responsibilities: 
  • Answer phone calls, answer customer enquires, recommend menu, take orders;
  • Receive online orders, respond to online chat request (on Facebook, Bolt Food, Wolt, and any other app);
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff;
  • Pass on wholesale, B2B requests, and any other requests to other colleagues;
  • Pack for deliveries/takeaways;
  • Process payments;
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, pass on any customer suggestions to the management;
  • Keep the reception/ takeaway pickup zone clean;
  • Serve food and beverages to dine-in customers;
  • Clean and set up tables.

Requirements: 
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good personal presentation skills;
  • Energetic, customer-oriented, friendly, helpful, reliable, and with a good personality;
  • IT literate (knows how to use an iPad);
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin);
  • One year of work experience as a waiter/waitress;
  • Food handling certificate;
  • Secondary school graduate.
