Food & Beverage Associate (Part Time & Seasonal Full Timer)

The Xara Collection in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Associate to join their team on a part-time & seasonal full-time basis.

Overview: 
The Xara Collection is looking for a fun-loving, energetic, and dynamic Part-Time Food & Beverage Associate to join their fantastic team at our venue located in the heart of the popular Balluta Bay area (St Julian's). 
The Villa is an imposing, historical, landmark 19th-century palazzo, housed in what used to be the summer residence of one of Malta’s leading 20th-century industrialists and one of the oldest structures in the Balluta area.

Your role:

• Assume responsibility for each guest’s dining experience, and multitask between assisting guests, bussing, running, wine service, and anything needed to provide memorable and personalized service for our guests
• Describe and inform guests on all elements of the menu (food and beverage) and restaurant
• Maintain a clean dining room and restaurant and adhere to all health and safety standards.

• Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume restaurants
• Demonstrate a warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive attitude and an open-minded and team-oriented mindset
• Having the willingness to learn is paramount, as full training and guidance will be provided
