Food and Beverage Supervisor (Room Service)

Hilton Malta is seeking to recruit a Food and Beverage Supervisor to work mainly within our Room service division on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
The room service team form part of our Oceana Restaurant Operations at Hilton Malta and the position is therefore reporting to the Oceana Restaurant Manager.
 
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the team members and ensure that Guest requests are fully met and exceeded to
• Ensure compliance with Hilton Brand standards
• Work closely with the rest of the hotel operation in order to ensure a seamless experience for our Guests
• Manage guest requests and changes in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with achieving financial and Guest Satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

• Previous F&B experience at a supervisor level, preferably within a Room service Environment
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
• A positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and last-minute requests
• Ability to work alone and in teams
• Fluent in English.
