Main Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly service to guests at all times.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure tables are set up and maintained according to standards.
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic complaints promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in Malta and based in Malta or willing to relocate.
