AX The Palace & The Victoria Hotel in Malta is looking to recruit an Events Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Summary:
The Events manager manages all events processes and leads the team a with a "can-do" attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Answering daily inquiries, preparation of proposals and contracts
• Meeting and hosting clients and handling show rounds of the hotel
• Issue function orders and liaise with respective departments
• Handling marketing plans for the year
• Achieving monthly budgets for both Sliema hotels
• Coordination of events and supervision on the day.

Requirements:

• Leadership skills
• Computer literate
• Outgoing personality and smart appearance
• Fluency in English and another European Language
• Able to work flexible hours
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
