Dishwasher & Cleaner

Elba Restaurant in Malta is seeking to recruit a Dishwasher & Cleaner to work in all areas of the Kitchen & Restaurant on a part-time basis.

Duties Include: 

• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, dishes, trays  
• Clean kitchen equipment with care 
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dishwasher 
• Organize all kitchen items in their respective place 
• Follow deep cleaning schedules and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen as directed by chefs 
• Follow cleaning schedules for the restaurant floor, bar, & restrooms 
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Set within an 18th-century restored building, Elba is a restaurant in Bahar ic-Caghaq that encompasses true Mediterranean cuisine. The menu features a variety of small-tasting dishes, platters, grills, pasta, and possibly one of the best pizzas on the island.
