Conference & Events Manager

Studio 7 Co. Ltd. in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Conference & Events Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

About the role:
We're currently seeking an energetic and experienced Conference & Events Manager to join our team.
In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of conferences, events, and meetings, ensuring the smooth execution of AV solutions and services.
Collaborating closely with clients, vendors, and our internal teams, you'll strive to deliver exceptional experiences that consistently surpass expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations for conferences and events
• Work closely with clients to conceptualise, plan, and execute events based on their specific requirements
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial goals
• Coordinate with internal teams, including technicians, designers, and support staff, to deliver seamless AV services
• Oversee, operate and manage on-site staff, providing direction and support to ensure the success of the event.

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a tertiary level of education in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Have a Proven track record (minimum 5years) in conference and event management, preferably within the AV industry
• Have strong project management skills, be able to multitask, work on own initiative and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Be effortlessly fluent in both written and spoken English
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
