Concierge

A full-time vacancy has arisen for the position of Concierge.

The role of the Concierge is to ensure guests have a pleasant experience and make full use of the hotel and island facilities and attractions. The concierge will work closely and coordinate with the Porters’ team to ensure lobby presence at all times and as well assist with the luggage and room drops. In addition, the selected candidate will also assist the Head Concierge in the daily running of the operation. 

The Concierge will engage with Guests on an on-going basis to plan their stay, reply to guests’ queries via email, provide solutions to meet all guests’ needs and work on selling our internal services within the hotel.

We are looking for a team member who has a passion for providing memorable Guest experiences and who may engage with Guests and attend to their needs in a timely and professional manner. The position necessitates an in-depth knowledge of the Maltese islands and of the local network of suppliers, goods and services. The role operates on a shift basis and therefore requires flexibility in working hours. Fluency in both Maltese and English is a requirement, while fluency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
