Senior Events Sales Manager

Drive high-value events, group bookings, and strategic partnerships across a fast-growing portfolio of premium dining and lifestyle venues. This is a commercially focused role where relationships, creativity, and results come together to deliver exceptional experiences and strong revenue growth.

🎯 Your Role

• Lead and manage all events sales across multiple hospitality venues
• Generate new business across corporate clients, agencies, concierge networks, DMCs, and luxury travel partners
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to contract and operational handover
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners
• Drive revenue growth through proactive sales activity and account management
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams on seasonal concepts and event offerings
• Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and negotiate contracts
• Track performance, conversion rates, and revenue targets across all venues
• Support pre-opening sales strategy for new venue launches
• Represent the business at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in events or hospitality sales (premium restaurants, hotels, or lifestyle venues preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills
• Established network within corporate, hospitality, or events sectors (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple venues and priorities
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-brand environments
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
