As a Chef de Partie in our SABI and KORA Restaurant, you will collaborate closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure the consistency and excellence of our menu offerings. You will oversee the daily kitchen operations and perform the following responsibilities to the highest standards:

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry, sauces), ensuring smooth operations and high-quality dish preparation.

 - Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to restaurant standards, maintaining quality and consistency.

- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and proper storage.

- Manage and train junior kitchen staff within your designated section, providing guidance on techniques and best practices.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within your section, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.

 - Assist in the preparation and production of large-scale events or catering services when required.

-Supervise food preparation during peak hours, ensuring efficient timing and minimizing waste.

-Handle any guest feedback related to your section, making necessary adjustments to improve customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role 

- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and various cuisines.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment 

- Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail 

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 

- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
