• Previous Experience in a similar role
• Approaches food in a creative way
• ITS graduate
• Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant, Michelin restaurants or 5 star hotel
• Previous experience as a Chef de partie (minimum 3 years)or as a tournant 1 year.
• Positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Excellent planning and organising skills
• Strong supervisory skills
• Knowledge of culinary trends ,innovative and creative
