We are looking for a passionate and reliable Part-Time Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, cook, and present food according to company standards.
• Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Assist with menu items, daily specials, and event catering when required.
• Support the kitchen team.
Requirements
• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Food Handling Licence.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays when required.
