Front Office Supervisor

Our client, part of a contemporary and guest-focused hotel group in St Julians, is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences while supporting the Front Office team in a dynamic boutique hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Front Office activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, train, motivate, and coach Front Office team members.
• Greet, welcome, and assist guests professionally from arrival to departure.
• Handle guest enquiries, concerns, and feedback with tact and resolution.
• Monitor reservations, room allocations, and occupancy levels.
• Ensure accuracy of billing and cashiering procedures, including end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Contribute to creating a positive and guest-centric atmosphere.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, packages, promotions and local attractions.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and health & safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Front Office operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
