Bartender/ Waiter

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a high-quality bar experience. The Bartender should have a strong knowledge of various beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

• Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol service.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Good physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve manual handling, such as lifting and carrying supplies when needed.

• A basic level of education at O' Level standard.

• Certification in Food Handling (preferred).
