Bartender & Cocktail Bar Server

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Bartender & Cocktail Bar Server. This role requires someone with a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender & Cocktail Bar Server, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious cocktails and providing a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and other drinks to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all drinks are made to the highest quality and presentation standards
- Monitor and control inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Upsell and promote specialty cocktails and other menu items
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender or cocktail server in a high-volume establishment
- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines for food and beverage service
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age
