Ocean Basket in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Barman to join their team on a full/part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks and serve the customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace;
- Prepare simple dishes (salads, raw vegetable platter, cheese platter, desserts);
- Mix cocktails on customer's demand;
- Receive goods/products and store (beer barrels, bottle racks);
- Bring chosen wine to temperature, decant, choose the appropriate glass.
Requirements and Experience:
- Able to communicate in English;
- Must be in good physical health and able to lift and carry heavy items;
- Candidate must be numerate;
- Have a positive approach to work;
- Experience required - 6 months in a similar position.
