We are looking for a Barista to join our client's team.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a leading contract catering company that provides a service to a wide range of businesses in the hospitality industry, namely hotels, care homes, leading coffee shops and restaurants and is located in Qormi.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serving customers; selling cakes, coffee, pastries and other products while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and speciality beverages that meet high-quality standards
- Handling of all payments through the use of both the POS and EPOS
- Maintaining client relationships, including order taking, and the handling of client feedback.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Having a confident, friendly and engaging personality with a service-oriented approach
- Ability to communicate in both English and Maltese and computer literate
- Should be of a smart appearance.
WORKING TIME:
Shift basis; Monday to Sunday - two days off (depending on the roster), 40 hours per week.
