Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented À La Carte F&B Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service standards in our à la carte restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.

• Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell when appropriate.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

• Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions.

• Follow all health and safety regulations, including hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant area as per operational requirements.

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a server in an à la carte restaurant or similar setting.

• Basic know how in preparing drinks & Barista.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with a keen eye for detail.

• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
