Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist at Carisma Spa & Wellness, you will play a crucial role in creating a truly exceptional spa experience for our clients. Your expert touch and in-depth knowledge of massage techniques will contribute to our client's well-being and relaxation.

Responsibilities: 

Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy, tailored to the individual needs of clients 

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing clients' concerns and preferences with professionalism and empathy 

Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring a soothing and welcoming atmosphere 

Stay informed about current wellness trends and continuously expand your knowledge of massage therapies 

Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall spa experience and contribute to a positive work environment 

Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend personalized wellness plans. 

Requirements: 

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, with a strong portfolio of satisfied clients 

Valid certification in massage therapy from an accredited institution 

Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, with the ability to adapt them to individual client needs 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

A passion for wellness and a genuine desire to contribute to clients' relaxation and well-being 

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness 

Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and evenings as needed 

Knowledge of Maltese wellness regulations and practices is a plus.
