Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness and recovery team.

Professional Massage Therapist responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, supporting spa operations and enhancing the overall wellness experience at our fitness complex.

The role focuses on delivering professional massage treatments while supporting the daily operations of the spa and recovery area. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining high service standards, promoting wellness services and ensuring a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional massage treatments to members and guests

Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments

Maintain cleanliness and preparation of treatment rooms and equipment

Support day-to-day spa and recovery operations

Promote massage services and wellness packages

Assist in improving sales and client retention

Maintain accurate client and treatment records

Ensure high standards of customer care and experience

Follow hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures

Coordinate with reception and management for smooth service

Requirements:

Certified qualification in massage therapy

Previous experience in spa, wellness or similar role

Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional attitude and presentation

Ability to work independently and in a team

Basic sales mindset and ability to promote services

Good understanding of hygiene and client care

Flexible and reliable

Preferred:

Experience in gym, spa or wellness environment

Knowledge of multiple massage techniques

Interest in fitness, recovery and wellbeing

A positive attitude, strong motivation and ability to work as part of a team are essential.
