We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Host & Reception Executive to manage front desk operations and enhance the member experience.
Front of house professional responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing reception operations and supporting membership sales at our fitness complex.This role combines reception duties with sales and customer engagement, ensuring every client interaction reflects the Mythos brand and contributes to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome members and guests professionally
Manage reception operations (check-ins, bookings, payments)
Handle enquiries and follow up leads
Support membership and service sales
Promote gym services, packages and offerings
Build relationships with members and ensure satisfaction
Handle concerns and provide solutions
Maintain front of house presentation and organisation
Support team targets and service standards
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Sales-oriented mindset and confidence in conversions
Professional attitude and presentation
Good organisational and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Preferred
Experience in reception, hospitality or sales
Experience in gym or wellness environment
A positive attitude, strong motivation and ability to work as part of a team are essential.
