Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Holistic Healing Retreat Facilitator to lead individual and group retreats at our centre. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various holistic healing modalities, including hypnosis, regression therapy, and sound healing. They should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional retreat experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual and group retreats focused on holistic healing, utilizing a combination of hypnosis, regression therapy, and sound healing techniques.
• Conduct assessments of participants to understand their unique needs and tailor personalized healing programs accordingly.
• Lead sound healing sessions with clear objectives and goals, creating a harmonious and therapeutic environment for participants.
• Collaborate with the retreat team to ensure seamless coordination of activities and provide ongoing support to participants throughout their journey.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanour, fostering a safe and nurturing atmosphere conducive to healing and growth.

• Certified in hypnosis and regression therapy, with a minimum of 4 years of practical experience.
• Proficiency in sound healing techniques and experience in facilitating sound healing sessions with clear goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect empathetically with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
