Justin & Mark Hair Factory in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Hairstylist to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
Justin & Mark Hair Factory is currently seeking to employ a skilled and passionate hairstylist to join their dynamic team. If you have a flair for creativity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of hair services including colouring, styling and treatments
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and suggest suitable hairstyles
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should demonstrate creativity, a keen eye for detail, and stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques.

Qualifications and experience
Applicants for this position must:

• Be able to communicate in fluent English. Being fluent in Maltese would be considered an asset
• Own a recognised Diploma in Hairdressing. 

Preference will be given to candidates with 2 or more years of experience; however, applicants without this level of experience are still encouraged to apply, as all applications will be considered.
