Beautician

HireHound Recruitment in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Beautician to join their client's team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application.
• Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences, offering personalised recommendations and solutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by following hygiene and sanitation protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best service.
• Promote and sell beauty products and services, achieving sales targets.
• Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Assist in training junior staff members and interns as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues professionally.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the salon.

Requirements:

• A certification in cosmetology or beauty therapy is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
