Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production equipment and processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase productivity

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain production equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a production setting.
