ST Hotels in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Description:
- Supervise work at all levels (receptionist, kitchen staff, maids, office employees etc.) and set clear objectives
- Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
- Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
- Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.
- Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in both Maltese and English both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft apps
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role
- Able to work flexible hours from Monday to Friday and Saturdays from 08:00 - 13:00.
