General Manager

Our client is looking for a motivated leader with a strong entrepreneurial trait to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, managing staff, and ensuring that the organization meets its goals and objectives.

The General Manager will be expected to:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure business objectives are met
• Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Direct and coordinate staff activities to ensure maximum productivity
• Analyze data and develop reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders - suppliers and customers
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Represent the organization at industry events and trade fairs
• Develop and manage the organization’s budget

• Native level of Maltese and professional level in English is a must. Knowledge of Italian is desirable.
• Good with figures and in reading accounts
• Presentation skills
• Business Acumen and strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Natural flair in business relationships
• Creative and marketing-oriented

• Degree level of education is a must
