General Manager

A new vacancy has arisen for a General Manager who will be leading a team and managing the daily operations of a large Construction company in Malta. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations and finances of business including growth strategies and improving revenue
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Determine company objectives
- Evaluate productivity and performance
- Manage contacts and oversee tenders
Qualifications:
- A construction/engineering degree or related experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, revenue, and forecasting
- Strong communications skills.
