Chief Commercial Officer

A Chief Commercial Officer position is currently available with a leading company operating within the medical industry in Malta.

Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day leadership and management to the sales, business development and marketing teams
• Establishing realistic and achievable goals and implementing marketing strategies to meet them
• Identifying opportunities for new revenue streams and markets and taking the necessary action to penetrate into these markets
• Devising and implementing customer retention strategies and key account management practices
• Producing annual commercial budgets and overseeing marketing plans
• Driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability and business goals
• Measuring the effectiveness of all commercial processes
• Providing accurate and complete reports to the Managing Director
• Implementing and maintaining sales processes designed to achieve specific sales objectives
• Analysing activity related to marketing and developing  sales plans to market product
• Supporting management to carry out strategic analysis
