Job Description
Simon Mamo Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Branch Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for a person to nurture and enhance a team and lead it to success. Someone hardworking and ready to take on challenges that will lead them and their team to success.

As a Manager, you would be expected to:

• Create a team of agents
• Show leadership skills
• Manage day to day running of an office
• Promote the company and properties
• List properties
• Rent and Sell properties
• Develop and strategize a team to lead them to success
• Maintenance of accounting records.

• No experience is needed
• You will get continuous support from your manager
• We provide you with clients to work on
• You have the largest database at your disposal
• You will have a fun and dynamic work environment
• We provide you with full training so if you have little or no experience this is no problem at all as we will give you the tools you need to rent/sell and make money
• We have also just launched a new website as well as a new fast and efficient system for managers and agents to use. Enabling our branches to work with ease.
