We are now looking for an Italian-speaking Senior Sportsbook and CRM Manager who will be responsible for the growth of Sportsbook in one of the many dedicated markets we operate in. You will have a strong focus on the Sportsbook offering for the Betsson Brand in Italy. Up for the challenge? 

A taster of what you will be involved with.. 

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for developing the Sportsbook Product and CRM strategies.
  • Contributing to a Sportsbook technology roadmap.
  • Working closely with external providers and regulators to continuously strive towards an optimized and localized customer experience. 
  •  Define the brand's contact strategy (right place, right time, right person) by aligning with the product team on segmentation and targeting of communication.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, from conceptualisation and briefing & resource allocation to analysis, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Build and automate lifecycle communication in collaboration with central CRM towards decreasing churn and enhancing player engagement.
  • Constantly evaluate the campaigns with an optimised approach to improve.
  • Manage the bonus spend budget and ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall targets.
  • Manage banners and onsite content.
  • Work closely with the other Product and Operations team to ensure that the site experience and customer journeys are consistent, maximising usability and accessibility across all devices. 
What we are looking for.. 
  • Native Italian Speaker
  • Minimum of 5 years working in a similar role for the Italian market
  • Experience working with Sportsbook (product or commercial)
  • Passionate about sports
  • Developing and delivering the Sportsbook roadmap
  • Managing Sportsbook campaigns and optimising bonus spend
  • A creative personality and a leader
  • Good communicator with other departments (CRM, VIP, Content, Marketing etc)
  • A team player capable of working in a high-tempo environment
