Junior CRM Manager
Our client in the Gaming Industry is looking for a Junior CRM Manager to join their team in Malta, on a fully remote basis.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining data driven CRM campaigns across channels
- Optimising the customer journey through CRM measures particularly with front end features and interactive points
- Handling the CRM data, to ensure all measures are taken and followed
- Coming up with new approaches to increase customer loyalty, satisfaction and lifetime value
- Working closely with overseas team to implement CRM solutions
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar function, in the Gaming Industry
- Must be based in Malta
- Excellent verbal and written English, German would be considered as an asset
- A Degree Level of Education in Marketing or equivalent
- Travelling is required
