About the Role

As a Fraud Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating risks across fraud and payment processes. Your expertise will ensure secure, compliant operations while optimizing fraud prevention strategies. From addressing bonus abuse to managing payment workflows, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct customer checks and manage compliance documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and take action on fraudulent activities, including bonus abuse and document authenticity issues.
• Ensure effective prevention of money laundering cases.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalations and deliver excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English (a second language is an advantage).
• Experience in the iGaming industry and familiarity with tools such as Sumsub or similar software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• A team player who can multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with precision.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI and data analysis is a plus.

Working Hours

This is a shift-based role, including evenings and weekends.
