Finance & Risk Executive

Lunar Services Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Finance & Risk Executive to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

We are looking for a talented Risk & Payments Executive to join our growing team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Risk & Payments Executive to support one of our clients. In this role, you will investigate and resolve customers’ technical payment queries within the software and provide effective and knowledgeable service and solutions to our teammates and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer queries in a timely manner
• Perform checks on customers and request relevant compliance documents in accordance with regulatory governing bodies
• Identify fraudulent activity in relation to document authenticity following internal policies and procedures
• Ensure any suspicious cases of Money Laundering are escalated to the relevant team
• Liaise with internal departments daily, ensuring escalations are handled to guarantee the best possible service to our customers
• Deal with providers through internal channels.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (second language is a bonus)
• Experience in iGaming (ideally 2+ years in Customer Support role)
• Experience with Sumsub or similar software
• Basic knowledge and understanding of AML
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work closely with other departments internally
• Attention to detail, meticulous, takes initiative, and possesses good analytical skills
• Ability to anticipate, prioritise, and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Ability to meet daily deadlines and have good time management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Working Hours:

Shift patterns include evenings and weekends.
