Customer Service Representative - French Speakers

You will apply to be part of a fantastic Support team; this team is responsible for all the chat and email support we provide to the players. 

What will you be doing?

• Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer communication via chats and emails
• Efficiently reply to Casino queries and escalate cases when necessary
• Carry out basic KYC/registration checks
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
• Manual bonuses and/or free spins crediting

Requirements:

• Hiring a bilingual representative, fluent in French and English, any additional language is considered a big plus!
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Problem solver
• Highly motivated team player
• Experience in the iGaming industry

Working Hours:

Shift Pattern including weekends
