As a Games Release & Testing Coordinator you will essentially be responsible for our gaming portfolio and driving everything related to new games being added to our casinos. You will be configuring, testing, tagging, releasing and evaluating new games, always being on top of new game release trends. 

Responsibilities: 
  • As a primary member of the team responsible for taking Games from our approved roadmap and delivering them ‘launch ready’ to our Regional Commercial Teams, you are accountable for coordinating the testing and release of new games within the team, from working with suppliers, testing the game, configuring the content, getting best in class thumbnails and ensuring that the games we plan to launch are certified and work on our various platforms 
  • Releasing of all new games on all of our brands and markets, within all relevant categories they can be published 
  • Own the gaming portfolio, from ensuring proper configuration all the way to making sure that all the correct tagging is met for other internal teams, such as data, compliance, optimisation etc 
  • Work closely with the Compliance Department and assist with Gaming related compliance requirements 
  • As a specialist on the tools and systems that are required to make this process work, as well as the ways of working between the various touchpoints in the process, you will look to build strong internal relationships and establish yourself as a ‘go to’ person when we look for requirements to improve tools or systems  
  • Build a strong understanding of games and their trends in our various markets, feeding your findings to relevant teams to make sure that new content always gets the right push and prominence 
  • Evaluating the performance of our new game releases and optimizing categories containing new games to increase ROI, always supplying these findings to internal stakeholders and regional teams 
  • Responsible for supporting internal teams in all aspects of executing content for new site launches, new markets, site migrations and product features 
  • Work with our internal Support Teams and Suppliers, liaising on issues and broken Games to get them fixed – being the delivery point between the Commercial Teams and internal and external Support Departments 
  • Assist with the day to day and adhoc tasks and be the first point of reference for all internal and external gaming related matters
  • Ensure all activities are carried out to a high standard, whilst maintaining Betsson Groups high standards for compliance and regulation as well as customer experience
You Must Have:
  • University level Bachelors degree  
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the iGaming industry. 
  • Strong understanding of Casino Games
