- Present and manage live casino games streamed to online players.
- Participate in promotional activities and media campaigns, both internally and externally.
- Engage with players to deliver an interactive and enjoyable experience.
- Continuously enhance skills and knowledge to maintain performance.
- Report any unusual activities or incidents including gaming, team, or chat-related issues.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the company.
- Conduct quality control checks in line with departmental standards.
- Fluent level of Vietnamese language
- Good level of English
- Effective and approachable communication, with the ability to respond promptly to live chat inquiries
- Being confident and able to entertain online players
- Ability to work 24/7 on a rotating shift basis (day/afternoon/night), including weekends and holidays.
