We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded, and detail-oriented Casino Executive – LATAM to support the growth and day-to-day operations of our casino product across Latin American markets.

Reporting directly to the Senior Casino Manager LATAM, this role will play a key part in coordinating game launches, promotional activity, supplier relationships, content localisation, market analysis, and cross-functional execution. The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners, ensuring the LATAM casino offering remains competitive, relevant, and aligned with regional player preferences. 

A taster of what you will be involved with: 
  • Support the Senior Casino Manager LATAM with day-to-day operations 
  • Support the execution of LATAM strategic initiatives set by the Senior Casino Manager LATAM 
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the casino product within assigned markets 
  • Assist in optimising the casino lobby, game categorisation for LATAM player audiences 
  • Monitor game performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and revenue 
  • Support new supplier integrations and game onboarding processes 
  • Analyse market trends, player behavior, and competitor activity across LATAM territories 
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for senior stakeholders 
  • Recommend improvements based on data and customer trends 
What we are looking for
  • 2+ years’ experience in online casino, gaming, iGaming, e-commerce, or a similar digital environment.  
  • Strong understanding of casino products, slots, live casino, and player behavior 
  • Experience working with LATAM markets is highly desirable 
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and performance trends 
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously 
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; BI tools experience is a plus.  
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Commercially aware and results driven 
  • Proactive with a hands-on attitude 
  • Highly organised and dependable 
  • Curious about player trends and market developments 
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
